Residential Real Estate Specialist, Realtor ® for 20 years; I understand real estate transactions and the needs of both buyers and sellers. I make it my priority to fully understand the buyers' and sellers' situations and what matters most to them and their families.

 

Most of my experience has been in the residential sales market, with a deep understanding of homes on Lake Minnetonka, the surrounding lakeside communities, and the SW Suburbs. I am very passionate about these areas after living in the community for over 40 years.

 

As a buyer representative, I make it my goal to understand what matters most to my buyers and their families. Real estate isn’t just about purchasing a home, but about investing in a lifestyle and a community that will support my clients and their families as they grow.

 

As a seller's representative, I will provide all the tools needed to maximize the return on what is likely the most significant investment of their life. The home will have all the exposure it needs to sell quickly and for the highest possible price.

 

Most importantly, when the transaction is complete, I will always be a valuable resource. I am committed to adding value both during the transaction and in the months and years afterward. My 20 years as a member of "BNI," Business Networking International, have developed a wide range of resources through building business relationships that I share with clients.

Outside of work, I am very passionate about staying healthy and fit; I enjoy exercising, boating or sailing, hiking, and playing golf. My favorite way to spend free time is traveling and exploring new and exciting places with friends and family.

I enjoy the flexibility and variety each day in real estate offers, including building and maintaining relationships with past clients and the chance to create new ones.
